It can be daunting to take the first step in speaking to a therapist. I'm here to make the process as comfortable as possible. I firmly believe that the success of therapy is based on the compatibility of a therapist and person seeking help. To this end I offer free phone screenings to make sure we're the right fit. 

What does therapy look like?

Individual therapy involves meeting one on one and setting goals focused on what you want to be different in your life. If you are seeking therapy for your child/teen, we will meet together initially until your child/teen is comfortable to meet for a portion of the session one on one.

How do you know if you/your child needs therapy?

People seek help from a therapist for many reasons. There could be a life change that is difficult (such as divorce, moving, or death of a loved one) or a person may be dealing with difficult emotions (worry, sadness, anger) that they need support for.
